Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of order date, subject to the eligibility criteria listed below.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- For hygiene and quality reasons, all returned item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Items received do not match the original order.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Packages confirmed as lost in transit.
- Orders where the shipping time has exceeded one month.
Non-Refundable Situations:
The following are not eligible for refund or return.
- Customer Error: If you provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details (such as a wrong address) when placing your order.
- Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind about a product.
- Misuse/Damage: If the product has been damaged or made unusable due to customer misuse. Items that malfunction or become damaged after a period of use.
- Items claimed to not match the description (provided the correct SKU was shipped).
- The tracking number shows the package has been delivered, but the customer claims non-receipt. In this case, the customer must contact the local logistics provider to obtain a package loss certificate for us to process a claim.

Refunds:

Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
